WHAT & WHY?
Training is a subject that is very much needed to everybody right from born baby to the person who is going to die tomorrow. Everybody who is alive definitely needs to update their skills and knowledge. Through proper trainings only one can transform and improve performance.
We learn so many things from Parents, Grandparents, Neighbors, teachers, Relatives, Nature right from childhood. That means we know so many things but we don’t know how to put them in order and how to utilize, what to utilize, when to utilize those learned things in our lives.

Most of Indian trainers follow foreign authors and trainers guidelines out of which most of them irrelevant to Indian conditions & people.Personality development  teach us WHAT & WHY in life .Those will mostly motivate us to know deeply about us.Another type of training in recent days influencing us  to do good things is called NLP( neuro linguistic programe )  . NLP training program  teaches us HOW to do along with WHAT & WHY  . We have seen some people who  simply attend and     not implement anything  what they learned. those may loose even regular skills.  10 programes  on subject HOW TO WIN FRIENDS!
